Performs 2D, M-Mode and Dopplers Echocardiogram with video and hard copy recordings. Performs all required calculations and all necessary paperwork. The Echocardiogram Technician should be a graduate of a CAHEA accredited Ultrasound or Cardiovascular Technology program and have 6 months or the equivalent clinical training and RDCS or RCVT or registry eligible with completion of registry within one year of hire.
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems and evaluating patient’s response to care. The Nurse Practitioner is a member of a designated care team and collaborates, coordinates and guides team members in planning patient care activities. The NP directs the management of patient care for all patients under the care of the collaborating physician. The NP should have at least two years clinical experience.
The registered nurse is responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems and evaluating patient’s response to care. The RN is a member of a designated care team and collaborates, coordinates and guides team members in planning patient care activities. Must have a valid NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certified. Candidate must have critical care experience, Cath lab and EPS experience preferred.

Expedite the procedural workflow for Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Lab patients. The cardiovascular technician is responsibilities include monitoring the position of catheter in the heart by interpreting intracardiac pressures, recording pressures in all chambers requested by physician, calibrating and operating the equipment during a procedure. i.e. A-Vox, Cardiac Output, ACT. Informs physician and monitors CVT of results, responsible for all data analysis, processing data through computer and printing out all appropriate information, etc.
The Cardiovascular Technician must have knowledge of basic EKG and dysrythmia, BLS and ACLS certified

Conducts the Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatrics Life Support (PALS) courses to the Health Care Provider and the Community according to American Heart Association's educational philosophy. Provides effective presentations of ACLS/PALS information and materials. Candidate is expected to know how to function as a leader and as a participant in all ACLS/PALS courses including: performing initial "Megacode" demonstrations, group control skills, knowledge and facility of all ACLS/PALS clinical and medical devices and equipment, etc. Medical background is preferred, 2 years experience as an American Heart Association ACLS/PALS instructor in good standing, willingness to adhere to sharp department and AHA policies required and must be able to work in a team setting.

Part-time opportunity in our cardiac and pulmonary rehab department. Some of the duties of this position include patient intake interviews, supervision of exercise area, patient and family education, exercise instruction, EKG monitoring and interpretation and computer work. The Physical Therapist will also evaluate and treat patients according to physician prescription, by developing a program of therapeutic exercises and activity for the individual patient.
Qualifications/Requirements: BS Degree and Certification from an accredited program in Physical Therapy is required. NYS licensure or eligibility for the same is required. Preferred knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary diagnosis and procedures is desired but not required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, IDX Schedule and Eagle Appt. Flow preferred. Responsibilities include and are not limited to patient registration, scheduling, diagnostic test authorizations/pre-certification, medical record preparation, medical terminology, pre-certification/preauthorization of out of network physicians for procedures coordination and reconciliation.
Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Formal secretarial training preferred.
